This week was the start of yet another twist to our 2020 learning model. On Monday, we had about 45% of our students return to on-campus learning while the other 55% continued with distance learning. We also returned to our full-day school schedules for all students. As with any big change, we need to be flexible and willing to make adjustments to how we do things. This week I'm sharing a video specifically helpful to our students at home who might still be struggling with online learning. Here are 10 tips that might help you out. And even if you only see one or two that work for you, that's one or two more tools didn't have before! Take care!!! Hello DCS students and welcome to Trimester 2! With our return to the fulltime schedule for all students (on campus and online) I will no longer be having my online Open Office hours Mondays and Fridays from 1-2pm. For students remaining online, you can reach out to me via email at [email protected] to set up an appointment to talk. Even though Fridays will be all "at home" activities for students, it's still a workday for me and could be an option for us to meet via Zoom, if needed. I can't wait to see many of you this Monday and am looking forward to this new way of hybrid learning together! Take care!!! ~Mrs. Prescott~
